About this walk

Come along to our Paradise Linear Park Trail Social Walk, a scenic morning walk along one of Adelaide's most beautiful riverside trails, following the picturesque River Torrens through the leafy suburb of Paradise. We'll meet at 8:45am and set off at 9:00am sharp. From there, we'll follow the wide shared paths of the Linear Park Trail, winding alongside peaceful parklands, bike lanes and open green spaces, with plenty of fresh air while we share great conversation in a relaxed and welcoming community. Throughout the walk, there will be plenty of opportunities to take in the natural surroundings, enjoy the peaceful riverside scenery and connect with others as we experience one of Adelaide's most popular walking trails. The total walk is around 6km and is expected to take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the group pace and any short stops along the way. This walk is suitable for most fitness levels, with a predominantly flat, easy walking pace throughout. This is a social-paced walk, meaning we stick together, keep things relaxed, and make space for conversation and connection throughout. This walk goes ahead rain, hail or shine.
